Inside Look:*C/Maj Everly (S3 Officer):
"In middle school, I was very shy and I had a really hard time making friends. That all changed once I joined my JROTC program. JROTC has and still is changing me into the character I never thought I could be; I have become more outgoing and the leadership skills I never knew I had are coming out better every day. I also like JROTC because it has helped me focus on what I want to do after high school, and every day I push myself harder." *C/SSgt Washington (Active Drill Team Member) : "I've joined MCJROTC to become a better person in general. I believe that joining JROTC will teach me the true meaning of leadership, and help me better my self-discipline. Since I've joined JROTC, I've became a great leader, and have built character in my self to help me associate with a variety of different people. This leadership program has a great sense of respect and discipline. Being in the JROTC program has given me a great opportunity to excel in my morale courage. " *C/SSgt Saunders (Active Drill Team Member): "MCJROTC is an outstanding program that can help you hone in you"re leadership skills. i feel that if given the opportunity you should take full advantage of the leadership program, it will help you in the long run." *C/Cpl Garner (Active Drill Team Member): "MCJROTC is an amazing course. It not only teaches you self-discipline but also how to be a leader. MCJROTC also gives opportunities to come to after school and be apart of the Drill Team! This course is a must have in high school. Don't be afraid to join! It changes everyone, and hopefully in a good way." |
